We completed a comprehensive garage floor restoration and coating project for a residence in Colman. Our team prepared the existing concrete surface by mechanically grinding away old, peeling paint and repairing structural cracks and surface discoloration. We also addressed the floor drain area and prepped the interior steps to ensure a uniform application across the entire space. We applied a durable concrete coating system featuring a decorative chip finish in the Tidal Wave style with 1/4-inch aggregates. This multi-layered application transformed the worn, stained concrete into a smooth, slip-resistant surface that stands up to heavy vehicle traffic and utility use. The finished floor provides a long-lasting, easy-to-clean solution that significantly improves the overall value and usability of the garage.
