We completed a full floor transformation for this residential garage in Sioux Falls. Our team prepared the concrete slab and applied a durable multi-layer coating system to protect the high-traffic surface. We utilized a grey and white speckled flake finish, extending the material up the walls to create a custom cove base. This project also involved finishing the transitions around the interior wooden stairs for a clean, unified look. The final result provides a slip-resistant and easy-to-clean surface designed to withstand vehicle traffic and seasonal debris.
