We completed a full concrete coating transformation for this screened-in patio overlooking the water in Wentworth. Our team prepared the existing concrete surface using industrial grinders and dust-containment vacuums to ensure a clean, porous base for the new finish. We focused on providing a seamless, durable floor that could withstand both foot traffic and the varied South Dakota elements. We applied a textured, speckled coating that significantly brightened the enclosed porch area while adding essential slip resistance. This new surface replaced the stained and dusty bare concrete, creating a much more functional and visually appealing transition between the home and the lakeshore. The finished floor offers a clean, professional look that complements the surrounding landscape and the home's grey siding.
