We completed a full concrete floor transformation for this spacious multi-car garage in Sioux Falls. Our team handled the entire process from structural preparation and floor grinding to the final high-gloss application. We integrated a linear trench drain system and prepared the surfaces to ensure a seamless bond for the specialized coating. We applied a durable grey and black speckled epoxy flake finish across the entire floor surface, including a matching cove base along the wall perimeter for a moisture-resistant seal.
