We completed a decorative concrete coating project for a residential garage in Sioux Falls. We applied a multi-layered epoxy system to the existing concrete floor to provide a durable and resilient finish. This installation involved thorough surface preparation and the application of a high-performance resinous base coat. For this project, we used a granite-style flake finish consisting of black, white, and gray vinyl chips. The decorative flakes were densely broadcast into the surface and sealed with a clear, glossy topcoat for long-term protection. This new surface significantly improves the floor's resistance to wear while creating a seamless, easy-to-clean environment for the homeowners.
