We completed an extensive exterior repair project on this multi-story Sioux Falls residence. Our team addressed significant wood rot and material failure found across the siding, chimney chases, and garage door frames. We focused on removing compromised wood lap siding and replacing damaged trim to restore the home's structural integrity and weather resistance. We installed new horizontal lap siding and vertical corner trim boards to replace sections showing heavy cracking and peeling. Specific attention was given to the chimney structures and roof-to-wall intersections where moisture had caused the most decay. These targeted carpentry repairs ensured a seamless transition between the existing tan brick facade and the updated components, providing a refreshed and durable exterior.
