We completed a full surface restoration and coating for this outdoor living space in Sioux Falls. Our team prepared the existing concrete patio and entry steps, addressing hairline cracks to ensure a smooth, durable foundation. We then applied a high-performance flake coating to the stairs and adjacent patio surfaces to create a uniform, slip-resistant finish. For this project, we used a grey-flecked aggregate coating that perfectly complements the home’s dark siding and white trim. This new surface provides a significant aesthetic upgrade to the outdoor kitchen and pool area while offering superior protection against the elements. The final result is a clean, modern look that enhances the durability of the high-traffic entry points and lounge spaces.
