We completed a comprehensive concrete restoration and decorative coating for this residential garage in Sioux Falls. Our team prepared the slab by grinding the surface to remove imperfections and using professional dust extraction systems to maintain a clean workspace. We meticulously repaired numerous branching cracks and pitted areas across the floor and staircase to create a smooth, stable substrate for the new finish. We applied a multi-layer epoxy system featuring grey and white decorative flakes to the floor and the interior concrete stairs.
