We completed a comprehensive exterior refresh for this single-story home in Sioux Falls. Our team worked on the horizontal fiber cement lap siding, ensuring all gaps were addressed and the surfaces were properly prepared. We also handled the detailing around the covered entryway and the integrated stone veneer columns to create a cohesive look across the entire property. The project involved coordinating multiple exterior textures, including the light gray siding on the main structure and the dark gray accents on the rear elevations. We updated the covered wooden deck and stairs, which now provide a durable outdoor living space overlooking the backyard patio and lawn.
