We completed a comprehensive concrete coating project to revitalize a residential patio in Sioux Falls. Our crew began by grinding the existing concrete surface and repairing deep cracks and expansion joints to ensure a seamless foundation. We then applied a decorative flake broadcast system to create a uniform, textured finish across the entire slab. The final multi-colored grey aggregate coating offers superior durability and weather resistance compared to standard concrete. This installation transformed the outdoor space into a clean, modern area that complements the home’s exterior siding. The result is a low-maintenance surface designed to withstand heavy use while providing an updated aesthetic for the backyard.
