We completed a full garage floor transformation for a residential property in Lennox. Our team prepped the existing concrete surface, addressing several linear cracks with cementitious patching compound to ensure a smooth and level base. We then applied a durable epoxy coating across the entire interior space, including the vertical transitions and step areas. The project featured a polished grey finish with decorative black and white flecks to create a textured, slip-resistant surface. We carefully honored the existing expansion joints to prevent future cracking while providing a seamless look throughout the multi-bay garage. This new surface provides a clean, professional finish that will withstand heavy use and automotive traffic for years to come.
