We completed a full garage floor transformation for a residence in Sioux Falls. Our team prepared the existing concrete surface through a rigorous industrial grinding process to ensure a clean, porous base for maximum adhesion. We then applied a high-performance epoxy coating across the entire interior space, including the transition at the garage threshold. We used a durable grey and white speckled flake system to provide a slip-resistant and visually appealing finish. This decorative coating was finished with a high-gloss topcoat that enhances light reflectivity and protects the floor from chemicals and heavy vehicle traffic. The result is a seamless, easy-to-clean surface that significantly upgrades the utility and durability of this residential garage.
