We completed a comprehensive outdoor renovation in Sioux Falls that focused on restoring and enhancing existing concrete and paver surfaces. Our team performed extensive surface preparation by grinding the concrete slab and sealing expansion joints to ensure a durable foundation for the new finish. We also integrated a circular paver patio featuring a central fire pit to create a more functional gathering space in the backyard. We applied a specialized speckled concrete coating across the main patio area to provide a slip-resistant and modern aesthetic. The project was finished with decorative river rock borders and landscape edging to improve drainage and define the transition between the hardscape and the lawn. This transformation resulted in a cohesive, low-maintenance environment perfectly suited for the home's hot tub and seating areas.
