We performed a full concrete floor restoration and coating for this industrial warehouse in Sioux Falls. Our team started by cleaning the heavily stained surface and using industrial grinding equipment to remove old debris and create a mechanical profile for the new finish. We utilized dust collection systems throughout the process to maintain a clean workspace before applying the final topcoat. We applied a high-gloss, light gray epoxy coating across the entire warehouse floor to provide a durable and reflective surface. This new finish improved visibility within the facility and created a seamless, easy-to-clean environment for heavy machinery and storage racks. The completed floor offers long-term resistance to staining and wear for the active industrial space.
