We completed a comprehensive concrete coating project for this residence in Sioux Falls, focusing on the garage floor and the rear exterior patio. Our team prepared the existing concrete surfaces, which previously showed signs of wear and staining, to ensure a proper bond for the new speckled finish. We applied the multi-colored aggregate coating across the interior garage slab and treated the outdoor patio to improve its durability and aesthetic. For the garage interior, we used a gray-based speckled epoxy that includes a small coved trim along the wall base for a seamless, finished look. The selected Coyote and Fuzzy Wool tones provided a modern appearance while protecting the concrete from automotive fluids and heavy foot traffic. These finished surfaces now offer a slip-resistant and easy-to-clean environment that complements the home's exterior siding.
