We completed a full concrete floor restoration and coating for this residential garage in Sioux Falls. Our team prepared the surface using industrial walk-behind and handheld grinders to ensure a clean, porous profile for maximum adhesion. We then applied a durable gray epoxy base across the entire floor and along the baseboards for a seamless finish. For the decorative layer, we broadcasted SP Select Decorative Chips in a Domino 1/4-inch flake pattern into the wet coating. This system provides a slip-resistant, textured surface that significantly upgrades the durability and visual appeal of the space. The final result is a polished, speckled floor designed to withstand heavy vehicle use and regular wear.
