We completed a full garage floor transformation for a residential property in Sioux Falls. The project began with thorough surface preparation, including repairing vertical cracks in the concrete stem walls and patching expansion joints. Once the substrate was stabilized, we applied a durable multi-layer coating system across the entire floor surface. For the finish, we used a high-performance flake system in a gray, black, and white speckled blend. We extended the coating up the base of the walls to create a seamless, easy-to-clean cove base that protects against moisture. The final result is a polished, chemical-resistant surface that significantly improves the garage’s durability and aesthetic.
