We applied a durable concrete coating to this multi-level outdoor balcony and covered porch area in Arnolds Park. The project involved thorough surface preparation using industrial dust extraction to ensure a clean bond for the new finish. We transformed the existing light concrete into a uniform, modern dark gray surface that spans the entire lounging and dining space. We used a slip-resistant textured coating featuring a subtle grid pattern to enhance both safety and aesthetics. This finish complements the home’s stone veneer and glass railing system while providing a weather-resistant layer suitable for lakefront exposure. The resulting surface offers a clean, low-maintenance solution for these outdoor living areas.
