We transformed a residential garage and an outdoor pool deck in Sioux Falls by addressing significant concrete damage and applying specialized coatings. In the garage, we repaired vertical cracks and surface spalling before installing a multi-layered epoxy floor system. Outdoors, we renovated the cracked concrete patio surrounding the swimming pool with a durable, textured resurfacing treatment. Our team used industrial grinders to prep the garage surface, ensuring a clean bond for the grey and white speckled epoxy flake finish. We also integrated dark storage cabinetry and updated the entry steps with adhesive traction treads for improved safety. For the pool area, we patched structural cracks and applied a light gray textured coating that provides a slip-resistant surface for the lounge and seating areas.
