We completed a full concrete floor restoration and epoxy coating for this residential garage in Tea. Our team addressed significant surface wear, including spalling and cracking along the foundation edges, before preparing the slab for a new finish. After grinding the surface and sealing the perimeter joints, we applied a grey base with black and white decorative flakes. This durable system provides a smooth, easy-to-clean surface that includes matching cove base trim for a seamless look.
