We completed an extensive exterior transformation for this residential property in Sioux Falls. Our team focused on refreshing the dated red brick facade with a clean, modern white finish to completely revitalize the home's aesthetic. We performed thorough surface preparation, including mixing specialized sealants and repairing masonry joints, before beginning the application process. We used premium PPG Paints and a combination of pump sprayers and rollers to ensure deep coverage across the porous brick surfaces. The project featured a mix of solid coating and refined limewash techniques to highlight the natural texture of the stone. The final result significantly boosted the property's curb appeal while providing a durable, weather-resistant layer of protection for the masonry.
