We completed a full exterior painting project for this two-story home and detached garage in Sioux Falls. Our team transitioned the property from a light tan and beige palette to a modern dark gray color scheme, covering both the horizontal siding and the decorative gable shakes. We also refreshed the white trim and accents to provide a crisp contrast against the new darker body color. Before applying the finish, we performed essential maintenance by caulking all window frames and preparing the siding surfaces for optimal paint adhesion. The project spanned the entire residence, including the raised deck areas and the detached three-bay garage. This update provides a durable, weather-resistant finish that significantly enhances the home's curb appeal while protecting the exterior substrate.
