We completed a full floor transformation for this residential garage, turning a cluttered workspace into a clean and functional area. The process began with extensive surface preparation, using industrial grinders and dust extraction systems to remove surface imperfections and create an ideal profile for coating adhesion. We applied a durable grey-speckled epoxy finish featuring a dense blend of black, gray, and white decorative vinyl flakes. The installation included a matching cove base along the perimeter walls and a seamless coating on the concrete entry steps to provide a cohesive look. This high-gloss surface now provides a moisture-resistant barrier that is easy to maintain and built to withstand daily wear.
