We transformed a worn and peeling concrete porch in Sioux Falls into a durable outdoor space. Our team addressed extensive surface cracking and delamination across the existing balcony, steps, and walkway. We performed thorough surface preparation and moisture testing to ensure a long-lasting bond for the new system. We applied a decorative concrete coating in the Starry Evening finish to provide a clean, textured look. This multi-step process replaced the failing paint with a weather-resistant and slip-resistant surface. The final result refreshed the home's entrance and added lasting protection to the concrete foundation.
