We completed a full surface restoration and coating for this residential garage in Sioux Falls. Our team prepared the existing concrete by utilizing industrial floor grinders and a dust-containment vacuum system to ensure a clean, porous surface. We addressed all expansion joints and surface imperfections to create a seamless foundation for the new finish. The project featured a high-performance coating system with a light gray decorative flake broadcast for enhanced durability and slip resistance. We extended the coating up the perimeter to create matching baseboards, providing a clean, finished look that protects the walls from moisture. This polyaspartic topcoat provides a resilient surface designed to withstand heavy vehicle traffic and daily wear for years to come.
