We completed a comprehensive concrete floor coating for a newly constructed multi-bay shop in Rock Valley, Iowa. Our team performed extensive surface preparation, including grinding the concrete slab and repairing cracks and control joints to ensure a seamless application. This process was critical to achieving a professional finish that will withstand heavy use in this large industrial space. We installed a high-gloss, speckled epoxy floor finish that significantly enhances the interior brightness and provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface. The new flooring integrates perfectly with the metal-paneled walls and overhead garage doors, creating a cohesive and functional workspace. This installation provides long-term protection for the concrete while improving the overall aesthetic and utility of the facility.
