We completed a comprehensive garage floor renovation for this project in Dell Rapids. The original concrete slab exhibited significant spalling, surface pitting, and general wear that required professional intervention. We thoroughly prepped the surface by grinding the concrete and repairing cracks to ensure a long-lasting bond for the new system. We installed a durable, gray speckled epoxy coating across the expansive interior shop space. This high-gloss finish provides a moisture-resistant barrier that protects the concrete from future damage while making the floor much easier to maintain. The final result transformed the unfinished space into a clean, functional environment for vehicles and storage.
