We completed a full garage floor transformation for this residence in Yankton. Our team addressed several structural concerns before applying a new finish, ensuring a durable and smooth foundation. We began by thoroughly cleaning the existing concrete and prepping the surface with industrial scrubbers to ensure proper adhesion for the new coating system. To ensure long-term stability, we repaired multiple deep surface cracks using metal staples and specialized leveling filler. We then applied a high-performance grey and white speckled epoxy coating across the entire slab, extending the finish to the driveway threshold. This new surface provides a seamless, easy-to-clean environment that significantly improves the garage’s aesthetics and overall durability.
