We completed a full-scale concrete floor restoration for this residential garage in Sioux Falls. Our process involved heavy-duty mechanical grinding and crack repair to create a stable, receptive substrate for our high-performance coating system. By utilizing industrial dust extraction equipment throughout the surface preparation phase, we maintained a clean work environment while ensuring optimal material bonding. We installed a resilient polyurea flake coating in a grey and white finish to provide long-term protection against chemical spills and tire wear. The application was extended up the stem walls and across the brick wainscoting to create a seamless, liquid-tight barrier. This installation provides a durable, easy-to-maintain workspace that stands up to heavy daily use in a demanding shop environment.
