We completed an exterior maintenance and refresh project for this home in Sioux Falls, focusing on the front entryway and the expansive rear decking. Our team addressed weathered wood components, including the front porch pillars and vertical siding trim, to ensure they remain protected against the elements. We also focused on the multi-level composite deck, which features dark brown railings and vertical metal balusters. The project highlighted a mix of materials such as dark brown shake-style shingles, light lap siding, and stone veneer accents. We carefully treated peeling paint and worn wood textures to restore the home’s visual appeal and prevent future deterioration.
