We completed a comprehensive outdoor improvement project in Seabrook, centered around the assembly and installation of a Henley 4-6 person cabin sauna. Our team handled the complex electrical requirements, including trenching for underground conduit and installing a 9KW electric sauna heater with a dedicated control module. We also performed necessary electrical service panel modifications and internal wiring to support the new equipment and an exterior tankless water heater. The installation featured cedar wood slat interiors and a weather-resistant exterior integrated with the home's existing board-and-batten style. We ran high-voltage wiring through specialized conduits and secured connections within a new Siemens service panel to ensure long-term reliability. To finish the site, we installed white slatted privacy screens around the utilities and landscaped the surrounding area with crushed oyster shells and pine straw for a clean, coastal aesthetic.
