We completed a comprehensive septic system repair and maintenance project for a residential property in Cypress County. Our team performed a detailed inspection, utilized a vacuum truck for system cleaning, and excavated a trench to address a compromised drainage field. We identified a significant sludge build up in the existing pipes and carefully prepared the site for a long-term serviceability solution. We exposed pipes from the drainage system at strategic locations to allow for comprehensive cleaning and inspection using advanced hydro jetting and video inspection equipment. To improve future accessibility, we installed new service ports throughout the drainage system allowing full access to the entire piping network without the need to excavate again, finishing the project by backfilling and leveling the soil with a skid steer. We also installed a high-level alarm system into the septic tank to provide security and peace of mind for the residents in the future. We then prepped the system for the installation of a Aerobic Bacterial Generator which will provide high efficiency waste treatment enhancing the entire systems functionality and significantly increasing its serviceable life. These upgrades restored the integrity of the drainage system, simplified ongoing maintenance for the homeowner and drastically increased the overall lifespan of the entire system.
