Though the customer loved our analysis of the water damage, they were heavily coerced into using the insurance company's preferred vendors. The vendor then removed the wrong section of affected flooring, didn't remove the actual source of the loss and scoped out the wrong part of the house, causing substantial delays. We had to do a lot of catch-up because of them but ultimately we got it done. Don't let the insurance company scare you into using someone, trust us!
