Old built up roofing system with ballast rock. Several cracks under the rock in the built up system. Water get's under the built up roofing and runs in the metal deck channel and leaks inside medical supplies closet. We scraped a path and cleaned the work area and welded in Modified bitumen waterproofing, We seal all the outside edges with elastomeric hybrid flashing grade mastic.
