We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation for this two-story home in Franklin. Our team performed a full teardown of the damaged asphalt shingles and replaced the underlayment to ensure a waterproof seal across the entire structure. We also specialized in replacing the standing seam metal roof sections on the front porch and garage to match the home's updated aesthetic. For the main roof, we installed new dark brown architectural asphalt shingles to provide superior weather protection. Additionally, we replaced the gutters and downspouts with new six-inch white aluminum components to improve water drainage and protect the foundation. This project resulted in a durable, multi-material roofing system designed to withstand heavy Tennessee storms.
