We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for a two-story home in Dickson. The project began with a thorough inspection of the existing shingles and chimney flashing to identify specific areas of wear and storm damage. We performed a full tear-off to the roof deck, ensuring a clean and stable surface for the new materials. Our team installed Malarkey Highlander architectural shingles over high-performance Secure Start Lite underlayment for long-term weather protection. We also integrated a specialized flat roofing membrane on transition sections and installed new flashing around the brick chimney to prevent future leaks.
