We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Nashville, transitioning from aged green shingles to a modern architectural system. Our team performed a comprehensive tear-off of the existing materials, inspected the underlying plywood and OSB decking, and reinforced the roof structure where necessary. We also conducted an attic inspection to ensure the rafters and decking remained in sound condition before proceeding with the new installation. For the new roof, we utilized GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment to provide a high-performance moisture barrier across the entire surface. We installed durable brown architectural shingles, new black metal drip edges, and refreshed the chimney flashing to ensure a watertight seal. The project was completed with the installation of a clean gutter system, significantly improving the property's long-term weather protection and overall exterior functionality.
