We completed a comprehensive residential roofing installation for this colonial-style brick home in Franklin. Our team removed the existing failing shingles and performed a full teardown to the original plywood deck to inspect for structural damage. We identified several compromised areas in the sheathing and replaced the wood to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system.
