We completed a full residential roofing installation for this two-story home in Franklin, Tennessee, after identifying significant storm damage across the existing surface. Our team performed a comprehensive tear-off of the old asphalt shingles, inspected the underlying plywood sheathing, and prepared the deck for a complete system upgrade. For the new surface, we installed Malarkey Highlander AR architectural shingles, providing enhanced durability and algae resistance. The project also included the installation of a new synthetic underlayment, drip edges, and upgraded black box vents to ensure proper attic ventilation. We also replaced the entire gutter system with new white gutters and downspouts to improve the property’s drainage and long-term protection.
