We completed a comprehensive residential roof and gutter replacement for this multi-story home in Franklin. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles, exposing the roof deck to ensure a solid foundation for the new system. We installed Malarkey SecureStart Lite synthetic underlayment across the entire surface, including critical areas like valleys and dormer transitions, to provide superior moisture protection. For the finishing layer, we applied Malarkey Vista AR architectural shingles in Storm Grey, chosen for their durability and impact resistance. To complement the new roof, we replaced the existing drainage system with over 500 feet of six-inch bronze gutters and downspouts to better protect the home's brick foundation. This combination of premium asphalt shingles and a custom gutter system significantly enhanced the property's exterior performance and long-term value.
