We completed a full residential roofing installation for this two-story home in Franklin. Our crew began by removing the existing asphalt shingles and preparing the roof deck for a comprehensive material upgrade. For the main structure, we installed Malarkey Vista AR asphalt shingles over high-performance synthetic underlayment for enhanced durability. The project included updating all ventilation accessories, pipe boots, and drip edges to match the existing white trim. This new roofing system was chosen for its long-term resilience and provides a clean, cohesive look against the home's blue siding and brick foundation.
