This project showcases the successful execution of a complex specialty roofing installation featuring DaVinci Single Width Slate Tile with long-lead material coordination, manufacturer-supported on-site training, weather-driven rescheduling, and rigorous inspection and paperwork management. Our team navigated decking discovery and change orders, protected sensitive site conditions, staged material deliveries, and coordinated closely with city inspectors to achieve final approval. The result is a high-end slate tile roof system completed to manufacturer standards, with documented permit closeout, punch-list resolution, and a satisfied homeowner, demonstrating our ability to manage premium materials, specialty workflows, and detailed logistics from launch through final inspection.
