This pool started with major pool beam separation, a crack into the plaster, and a water feature with major water damage. The beam damage required replacing the coping and making structural repairs to the pool beam itself. New coping was installed around the entire structure. New waterline tile and water feature veneer tile was installed with a large format 6x24 tile. Brand new depth markers were installed on the waterline of the pool and slip resistant depth markers installed into the deck. Water damage to the water feature required new framing to be installed and new stucco to help reduce future damage to the wet area underneath. All new, tan Deck-o-seal around the pool wraps up the project with a clean look to this pool in the courtyard for many people to enjoy again.
