Customer's stone was coming lose from the spa and had developed a large crack below the existing spa spillover. Evidence found that the builder backfilled the top of the spa wall with rubble and the spillover was over built and the existing structure beneath was exactly where the crack was in the plaster. Customer also had us install a Saftron handrail to assist with entry and exit of the pool. The customer unfortunately declined the resurface at this time.
