Low pressure application of metered water with detergent, allow to dwell for approx. ~15 Minutes and then rinse. Before we start, SJ Exterior walks entire property and where needed tape all electrical outlets, tape door key/lock entries. Additionally, all vegetation is pre water prior to applying SoftWash and post rinsed for vegetation protection.
