Skywall Construction replaced the roof on this two-story North Austin home with Owens Corning Oakridge AR shingles in Driftwood and matching RIZERidge caps. The project was completed on January 12, 2024, and also included two replacement window screens. February aerial photographs give a clear view of the finished roof’s hips, ridges and connecting slopes, including the lower roof over the garage. The replacement materials included synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water protection, bronze metal edging, pipe flashings and roof vents across the upper and lower roof sections.
