Skywall Construction paired two roofing systems on this Austin home: Owens Corning Supreme AR shingles in Driftwood on the sloped roof and Polyglass modified-bitumen roofing on the low-slope section. The project was completed on November 7, 2024, and included roof-decking work, chimney siding and an additional base layer for the low-slope assembly. The modified-bitumen materials included Elastobase SA base sheets and a Polyflex SA P cap sheet in Weatherwood. November completion photographs show both roof surfaces, along with close views of the chimney housing and the adjoining roof areas.
