Kris and Hendi in Orlando invested in a long-term power solution to protect their home during outages and prepare for future electrical needs. Our team completed a full turn-key installation of an 18kW whole-home standby generator paired with a 150A automatic transfer switch, delivering seamless, reliable backup power. The installation included a hurricane-rated mounting pad, trenching for conduit, and clean wire and pipe management. We also installed an above-ground propane tank with the first fill included, ensuring the system was ready for immediate use. To protect sensitive equipment, we added a whole-home electronics protection system and completed remote monitoring setup with a full customer walkthrough. Inside the home, we performed a full panel replacement in the hallway, increasing space for future upgrades and separating previously combined circuits. While maintaining the existing 100A service feed, the new panel is rated for 200A, providing future-ready capacity. The upgrade included full circuit mapping and a clearly typed panel schedule for easy identification.
