Dan and Tracey in Winter Park wanted to make their backyard space more enjoyable — especially during gatherings — by bringing all of their exterior lighting into one convenient, easy-to-use setup. Our team helped transform their patio experience with a clean, thoughtfully planned electrical upgrade. We installed new lighting controls for the patio string lights, the back patio sconce, and the corner floodlights, bringing everything to a single accessible location outside. Now, when they’re hosting friends and family, their lighting is effortless to manage. To support their future plans, we added an extra outlet under the awning, perfect for plugging in additional string lights. We also installed Lutron Caseta smart lighting controls, giving them seamless on/off functionality and flexible control options. For safer, more organized power, we added two new GFCI outlets on the back and driveway side of the home, designed to power the awnings with tidy wire management. Power was safely routed from a new tandem breaker in the garage panel.
