We performed a comprehensive deck and staircase reconstruction for this elevated residential property in Englewood. The project began with the removal of weathered wooden decking, railings, and framing while preserving the existing structural posts. We built a new, expanded outdoor living space featuring symmetrical staircases that lead to multiple entry points and balconies. We installed durable gray composite decking paired with white risers and a high-contrast railing system for a clean, coastal aesthetic. The structural framing was reinforced with pressure-treated lumber and galvanized metal connectors to ensure long-term stability against the elements. This upgrade significantly improved the home's accessibility and curb appeal with a low-maintenance, modern finish.
